What are the colours and sizes?
The masks currently only come in black either in a 1 or 3 pack and in one size that will fit most adult faces.
What are they made out of?
Our masks have three layers of fabric. The outside layers are made of cotton and the inside layer is made of polyester. We have also been advised that the masks are also washable up to 100 washes if washed carefully.
How do I wash them?
While we take the greatest care in making sure your masks arrive to you in a sanitary condition, we recommend washing the masks prior to the first use.
Cloth masks can be washed in the washing machine with other clothes (make sure you put them in a delicates bag so as not to lose the toggles), or hand-washed using soap and the warmest appropriate water.
Your cloth mask should be dry before re-using it. You can use the heat setting on your dryer or lay out flat to air dry. If possible, place the cloth mask in direct sunlight. Wash your hands after handling used face masks.
Do your masks have a metal nose strip?
No, our masks don't have the metal nose strip, but you can adjust the mask to be tighter to your face using the toggles on the elastic ear pieces.
What are the dimensions of the mask?
19cm in width across the face and 7cm at its shortest point next to the ears. From top to bottom of the mask at its widest point it is 13cm.
How long do they take to ship?Currently we're expecting all orders to dispatch in less than 1 week. All orders are shipped with Australia Post, as an eParcel with tracking. Shipping is free, and you can upgrade to an express shipping option if you are in need of a faster delivery.
Australia Post's delivery times for eParcels are currently 3 business days, but they have also advised that, due to COVID-19 restrictions, you should assume a possible 3 extra days on top of your normal delivery timeframes. Melbourne to Melbourne is unusually slow from our experience. Melbourne to NSW and QLD has been faster for our customers (we assume because interstate sorting centres are running at normal volumes).
I received a dispatch note, but where is my order?
From when you receive your dispatch note in your inbox or to your mobile, according to Australia Post deadlines, it will be 2-3 business days until it's in your hands. However, there are significant delays with Australia Post's dispatch centres at the moment to be aware of. Orders are taking up to a week or longer to arrive with their owners at the moment. Please refer to the Australia Post website for updates. If you still haven't received your order after 10 business days, according to our Shipping and Refund Policy, we can assist with an investigation to track down your order.
I have a question that isn’t above
